Observation

On 8.11.2022 this licensor observed that bleach sanitation spray is accesssible to children in some classrooms. Shaving cream labelled "keep out of reach of children" had been used for a sensory activity with children and was accessible in a cupboard. A milk jug in the kitchen, used to make bleach/water sanitizing spray, was labeled with instructions for mixing, but not with what is in the container. A closet used for storage was not locked. A dry mop and bucket was accessible to children in an unlocked kitchen with the door propped open. It is unclear if the exhaust fan is working in the janitorial closet as it was completely silent. I could not reach it to test if it was functional.
